Meeting Agenda Design
In 2023, the Collective Impact Core hosted a series of collaborative workshops where we designed a meeting agenda with the people who would be impacted by it. This became the agenda format that the Core uses at every meeting.
Values-Driven Collaborative Governance
Between 2021 and 2023, the Collective Impact Core designed collaborative governance and membership agreements. Our previous By-Laws were from 2014 and this would be the first time we’d have a membership agreement.
Trauma-Informed Organizational Assessments
In 2018 and 2019, the Collective Impact Core rolled out a series of presentations and technical support for organizations interested in completing a trauma-informed assessment.
