Background
In April 2022, we agreed on the Shared Values to Drive our Work Forward. To practice those values, we needed to change the way we meet. A meeting agenda gives structure to the way we meet, so that’s where we decided to start.
The Project
We invited everyone who was involved in collective impact in Lenawee County to a series of three workshops. During these workshops, we learned about Catalytic Thinking and used what we learned to design a new meeting agenda.
Success Metrics
We have an agenda that helps us practice our values at every meeting.
