For over a year now, the Collective Impact Core has been totally revamping the way we come together and do our work. We realized that many of our practices were simply the default “this is how we do things.” They definitely weren’t intentional and were sometimes even at cross-purposes with our values and mission. We are nearing the end of this season of change and realized another thing – Our agenda and the way we create it needs to change, too!
We are inviting you to join us to learn and play with creating a values-driven meeting agenda using the Collective Impact Core as our test-case.
Practically, we’ll host a series of work spaces where we’ll talk about what we’re doing, why, and then apply it to creating the Core’s new agenda. This will be an experiment in co-creation and we trust that it will give us everything we need.
